Two Manners of Life

Sunday, February 16th, 2014
Enlarge this CoverGo to the Download and Order page on this website In this brief study of Genesis 4 and 5, Titus Chu draws a number of lessons for our Christian life from the history of the men and events these two chapters describe.

This section of the Bible gives us the history of Adam and Eve’s descendents from the birth of Cain until the time of Noah. It may not be so familiar to us as Genesis 1-3, but it is nonetheless quite crucial, for it shows us the origins and early development of the human race as it exists today. In so doing, it also gives us many valuable lessons regarding how we should relate to the world in which we live.

A Sketch of Genesis

Saturday, August 10th, 2013
Enlarge this CoverGo to the Download and Order page on this website If we want to know the Bible, we must know the book of Genesis, for as the first book of the Bible, it lays the base for what will follow in all the rest. It begins with the creation itself, and then shows us man’s fall, God’s promised redemption, His calling, and His dealing with those who would answer His call to become His chosen people. In A Sketch of Genesis, Titus Chu deals with these crucial matters, and others as well, from the standpoint of our Christian experience of the growth in life. May the Lord bless this book, to help His children gain the profit that we should from the book of Genesis, and to lead us all into a deeper understanding of the process of our growth in life.

Many Christians appreciate, in the book of Psalms, the psalmists’ seeking after God and trusting in Him, especially in their sufferings. They may also understand that the Psalms contain, in figures and prophecy, many high revelations of Christ. However, they may not be aware that the book of Psalms portrays, in the most practical and precious way, the steps by which we may enter into the real experience of Christ. (more…)
